General Hospital spoilers and updates tease Ava Jerome (Maura West) will get shocking information-thanks to Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) and Brick’s (Stephen A. Smith) investigation.
She already knows Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) survived, but she finds out Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth) saved his life!
General Hospital Spoilers: Liar, Liar, Pants On Fire
Ava was already through with Austin after Mason Gatlin (Nathanyael Grey) kidnapped her and nearly killed her-if Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) hadn’t arrived she’d been dead.
When Sonny tells her he and Brick have been investigating both Mason and Austin and found out they reported to Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) they started digging deeper.
They found out that Austin, along with Mason, took an unconscious Nikolas from the tack closet in the Spoon Island stable and to one of Austin’s old medical practices in Pautuck.
There, Nikolas had been on life support for a time and came out of a coma and recovered. Apparently Nikolas had been staying in Austin’s house in Pautuck as well until he left to go to Europe.
GH Spoilers: She’s Been Played
No one likes being played, and least of all Ava Jerome, former Jerome crime family member-she can’t believe she fell for Austin’s “friendship” and “protection”!
Here she couldn’t get him to help her bury Nikolas, she tried to keep cool when Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) and his partner came to investigate his disappearance.
She had fully believed Austin was as worried as her as to what Dante would find in the tack closet where she’d drug his body and locked him up.
Only to find the closet was empty, save Nikolas’ broken watch which had been a gift to him from Ava! Now Ava realizes why Austin could stay so cool and collected-he knew Nikolas wasn’t there, he was in Pautuck on life support thanks to him-why didn’t he tell her?
General Hospital Spoilers: Ava Jerome Is Furious At Austin Gatlin-Holt
Ava is furious at Austin, who acted like he was her friend, and even became her lover for one night-and one night only.
She wants him held accountable for his lies and manipulation, even doubting that his rescue of Avery Jerome-Corinthos (Ava and Grace Scarola) was legit.
That was so convenient for her to blame Pilar Rodriguez (Brenda Barbarena) who Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) had used for years for letting Avery get away.
Talking with Sonny, she also learns that was manipulated to get the Gatlins’ friend Betty Rutherford (Ella Lentini) the nanny from hell into Sonny’s penthouse to get information Ava couldn’t get.
Too bad Sonny was several steps ahead of them and planted fake information-but as for Austin, Ava will make sure he gets what he’s due!
