General Hospital (GH) spoilers leak that Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) has really done it this time. Once again oblivious to the potential downfall of her actions, she has put new wheels in motion to toy with Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) — and it’s going to blow up in everyone’s faces. Nina played the role of a concerned business partner and told Olivia all the things she wanted to hear while encouraging her to get to the bottom of the question that is eating away at her: is the DA going to offer Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) a deal? The truth isn’t going to set anyone free in this case, and Nina will be left with regret that can’t fix the mess she’s made when it all comes to fruition and lands Sonny in jail.
General Hospital Spoilers — There Was No Deal
Olivia marched herself over to Robert Scorpio’s (Tristan Rogers) table at the Metro Court and got right down to business. If he was going to offer Carly a deal to try to get her to roll over on Sonny, she wanted to know about it. Robert didn’t say a word, which signaled he knew exactly what she was talking about and that such an offer was headed Carly’s way. But the truth is, there was no deal until that moment. Robert didn’t know what Olivia was talking about, but she sure gave him a solid idea. He’ll thank her for it later. There may not have been a deal on the table but there will be now.
General Hospital Updates – Drew Falconeri Is Blindsided
Olivia isn’t done running her mouth. She’s not going to wait to run home and tell Ned what he’s done. This could impact her son, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna). Ned can think what he will of Sonny, but family is supposed to be off-limits. Ned has continued to muddy the waters by waging war with several of his relatives over ELQ, but normally that’s where it stops. Now, Olivia will make sure Ned knows what he’s done. Likewise, when Nina lets it slip that the only way Carly can protect Sonny is to turn on Drew, Olivia just might take it upon herself to make sure Drew knows where Carly’s loyalty lies, too — not with him! In a last-ditch effort to sow division, Nina’s plan might work — prompting Drew to reluctantly turn on Carly first before she can do it to him.
Sonny Corinthos Is Arrested
Eventually, this all boils down to Sonny getting arrested, and that is obviously not at all what Nina had in mind. Carly was supposed to go to prison without Sonny or Drew on her side. That way, Nina could swoop in as stepmother of the year and raise Carly’s children with Sonny after their perfect wedding where everyone — even Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) — was in attendance. Fat chance, Nina! When Drew turns on Carly and casts all of the blame on her, Sonny is going to have her back.
Without any other option, Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) will tell Carly her best bet is to take a plea deal. She’s not going to roll over on Sonny the way Drew just did on her. But Sonny isn’t going to stand for that, and he’ll beat them all to the punch when he turns himself in and cuts a deal on Carly’s behalf. Will he even make time to fill Nina in before he’s having Carly call her as he’s being booked? Sweet, sweet revenge. Sometimes it comes back to bite us.
