General Hospital (GH) spoilers show that Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) is back in Port Charles, New York ready to play hero and give Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) a lifesaving bone marrow donation.
Liesl was kidnapped by evil Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) and taken to Greenland where she was expected to play doctor with him—so to speak. He had a pathogen and an antidote and as a doctor, she was to help him test these out. She had no choice as lives were at stake but in the end, Victor is the one dead and the world is safe from the demented Cassadines—for now.

Meanwhile, her old beau Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) was at home tearing his hair out over his ex being in such a dangerous predicament. He did something silly and nearly got her killed, but it was his good intention that mattered.
Tons of GH fans shipped Obrecht and Scott, a unique pairing on the canvas. But Liesl got mad at him for representing Liz Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst). It seemed like such a silly thing when they had something really good going. But Scott defended Elizabeth for acting indirectly in the death of Brit Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) and Liesl could not forgive this.

But imminent death changes things and Liesl could have had a change of heart where Scott is concerned. Right now she’s concerned with only one thing and that is saving Willow’s life. But at some point, she will hear about how Scotty risked everything for her and she would have to be exceptionally cold-hearted not to feel grateful.
It’s likely that when Liesl meets up with the man she used to be madly in lust with she’ll feel butterflies fly in her stomach.

May Sweeps is in full swing and soaps go all out to grab ratings with outrageous as well as heartwarming stories. It would be perfect timing if Leisl saves Willow’s life and then makes a major change in her own life.
This is especially pertinent since the man that kidnapped her used to be her lover. If being used by Victor doesn’t make her she that Scott is the person she needs to be with, what will?
