The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Jill Foster Has Had It With Interfering Men

When The Great Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) sold Chancellor Industries to Jill Foster Abbott (Jess Walton), he never imagined it would have so much trouble. He wanted to carry on Katherine Chancellor’s (Jeanne Cooper) legacy and thought Jill was the perfect person to get the job done.

Victor was pleased when Chancellor merged with Hamilton-Winters to create Chancellor Winters because it was also the legacy of his good friend and protege Neil Winters (Kristoff St. John). However, Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) and Lily Winters’ (Christel Khalil) feuding has gotten in the way of that and Devon is suing to dissolve the agreement and get his own company back.

Jill arrives in Genoa City for the first of her depositions this week in this legal matter and Victor uses that opportunity to demand they have a talk. We all know Victor never asks anything of anyone. He just demands because that is who Victor Newman is. Needless to say, Jill is not amused.

The Young And The Restless Updates – Does Victor Newman Have Something Important To Say?

Jill is not happy to be summoned, but she meets with Victor anyway and tells him to hurry it up because she has places to go and people to see, namely a court and lawyers. Victor then plays the Katherine card to get Jill to try and settle this lawsuit out of court for everyone’s sake.

“Jill straightens him out by saying, ‘There’s a lot of things that I miss about darling Katherine, but I don’t miss her interfering in how to run the company. Sorry, Victor, but Chancellor is mine to run how I see fit,” Jess Walton said in the March 27, 2023, issue of Soap Opera Digest.

Of course, Victor tells her he has a good offer in mind if Jill will just hear him out. This intrigues Jill, so she agrees to listen because she doesn’t want this drama and Victor is s savvy businessman after all. Stay tuned to The Young and the Restless weekdays to see how this big ball plays out.
