90 Day Fiancé Star Loren Brovarnik Melts Down From Postpartum Depression
90 Day Fiancé star Loren Brovarnik has three adorable children, Shai, Asher, and baby Ariel. Actually, she seems blessed with gods things. Her husband, Alexei seems devoted to her. Plus, they took home an MTV award. So, why is she so depressed that she talked about a mental breakdown on social media? Read on to find out.
90 Day Fiancé Star Loren Brovarnik Feels Sad About Kids Growing Up?
Shai, the firstborn child to the TLC stars is very cute and fans fell in love with him at a very young age. Mainly, that was because he appeared on Pillow Talk with his mom and dad. Actually, he got an adorable byline when he said “yay” on-screen. But time flew away since then, and his mom wondered in February, “where’d my baby go.” Of course, Ashers is also no longer a baby, but she does have baby Ariel who needs her attention.
90 Day Fiancé fans heard that following the birth of Ariel, Loren felt down. However, she managed to start feeling a bit better. Unfortunately, though, she regressed. Lately, she posts a lot about postpartum depression. It’s her way of letting others who go through it know they are not alone. Possibly, it’s also therapeutic for her to talk about it, rather than pretend everything’s just fine and dandy. Her message is that it’s okay to admit people are not feeling okay.
90 Day Fiancé Fans Star Loren Brovarnik Struggles With Regressing
A day ago, Loren took to her Instagram Stories and revealed that she was sitting in her car. Wearing shades, she probably hid the aftermath of a mental breakdown. In fact, she mentioned the previous post that showed her looking even worse. Her caption explained that she wanted to “update” her TLC fans. Cussing, she seemed so unhappy with her “hormones.” That’s because she doesn’t know why she was crying, but she was.
The 90 Day Fiancé star elaborated by saying, “It’s a roller coaster, and for anybody who’s gone through postpartum depression, you get it, you absolutely get it.” Actually, she targeted those who don’t understand mental health conditions. After all, she didn’t need to describe it to those who had postpartum depression. Mentioning that she’s “relapsing hard,” she went on to suggest that she feels bad because Shai and Asher are already growing up and are no longer babies.
Can Postpartum Be Dangerous?
90 Day Fiancé fans often hear TV stars talk about postpartum depression. However, some people just write it off as hormones, thinking they will just get over it. Nevertheless, an alarming report in 2020 by the Psychiatric Times reported that research indicated a rise in suicide when it comes to moms. The site explained, “According to the findings, the prevalence of suicidal thoughts or self-harm in childbearing individuals in the years pre- and post-pregnancy almost tripled between 2006 and 2017.”
Clearly, medical experts begin to understand that postpartum is real, and not just an emotional state boosted by hormones going awry. Hopefully, Loren has someone she can reach out to if she continues to slide down the hill of depression. At the moment, she feels sad and depressed, but hopefully, she doesn’t get beyond being able to deal with it.
