Soap Opera Digest revealed that their connection is real and Bill has genuine feelings for her. It’s a little puzzling, considering Sheila was “in love” with Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) just a few weeks ago.

It could make her see her ex in a different light. It’s possible that Bill may never earn a spot in Katie’s life, but that won’t stop him from trying. He will continue to find a way to reunite with his ex, hoping she will eventually return to him until then, Bill will keep Sheila in his back pocket as plan b.
