Returning to Genoa City, Wisconsin, for the first time in nearly a decade of real-time, Tucker has been telling almost everyone that he intends no harm. But he appears to have let his guard down in front of Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters), who is a pawn he is using in a game that has intentionally not been defined.

If Tucker was being forthright with his son, then there is no reason for anyone in GC to be concerned. Yes, Tucker created many negative reactions when he was in town years ago. That was while his famous mother, Katherine Chancellor (Jeanne Cooper), was still the Grande Dame of Y&R.

Devon had a hard childhood before Neil Winters (Kristoff St. John) and Drucilla Winters (Victoria Rowell) opened their hearts. Hardcore viewers recall with fondness the memorable storyline where Devon debuted and eventually came to be adopted by the Winters’ family.

Tucker cited the losses that Devon has suffered in his life. Among them, Neil and Dru rank the highest, along with Hilary Hamilton (Mishael Morgan) and Hevon’s unborn child. So, fans can only hope that the seemingly meaningful conversation Tucker had with his biological son, that he had with Yolanda Hamilton (last played by Debbi Morgan in 2012).

The Young And The Restless Updates – Ashley Abbott Has His Heart

Tucker has been telling people, including Victor Newman (Eric Braeden), that he hopes to make amends with his ex-wife, Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson). A meeting is teased to happen between them, with Ashley apparently choosing to do so as part of her clandestine collaboration with Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) and Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford).

Ashley wants to learn if there is a connection between Tucker and Diane. If Tucker denies that, as he would seemingly do, then any reconciliation plans with Ashley will start off with a lie.

The characters Trevor St. John and Davidson play represent each other’s, last spouses. As this is daytime, there is no ruling out any couple’s revival. But Davidson has been a recurring cast member in recent years. So, that status might need to change if a Tucker-Ashley romance reignites.

Tucker McCall Does Not Deny Business Interests

Devon is open to reconnecting with his dad. They did not part on bad terms. As Devon said, they last met in Thailand while Tucker was attempting to realize some form of enlightenment.

When asked, Tucker did not deny that his return is a mix of personal and business interests. He cited bonding with Devon and making amends with Ashley as his top goals. But he did not volunteer any information about whatever business plans are ahead on Y&R, and that felt ominous.
