Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers and updates tease Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) will confront Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) and Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn). Even though he doesn’t want to abide by Titan’s non-fraternization rules, meaning no employees dating, he’ll try to use it against Chad and Stephanie.

If Stephanie’s dad, Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) knew what Alex was doing, and trying to chase after his daughter, not only would he tell her to run, Alex would run! Alex is a player of players, having just gorged himself on a hot threesome but still wanting to date Stephanie and not wanting to share her with Chad. Alex doesn’t want to mess with a girl whose father is as overprotective as Stephanie, he might find himself on the ISA’s most-wanted list.
Yet, Alex will find a reason to harass and confront Stephanie and Chad after he caught them drunkenly smooching at Julie’s Place. It’s surprising he didn’t just sic Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) on the couple, she definitely would not have approved.
Days Of Our Lives Updates – Alex Kiriakis Is Boss
At least until younger brother Sonny Kiriakis (Zach Tinker) is released by his doctors to return to work at Titan, Alex is the boss, hired by Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston). Alex and Stephanie were to work together, then Stephanie hired Chad to help her in her company, which is doing marketing for Titan and Paulina Price (Jackée Harry). So Alex would have the right to fire Stephanie and Chad for violating the non-fraternization policy at Titan, as he’d mused to Sonny he’d do so he could date Stephanie. But as Sonny kept reminding Alex, there was a major problem with him dating Stephanie-she’s not interested, and truly, she could file a sexual harassment charge against him. But so far, she hasn’t; but she is very distracted by the illness of her mother, and she and Chad bonded easily.
Harassed
Alex goes to Chad and Stephanie when they’re together, but does so outside of work. It seems like he’s stalking them and checking on their extra-curricular activities, but claims he’s giving them a friendly warning that they’re violating company policy. Alex tells them that they need to break it off, it doesn’t look good, especially since Chad is such a recent widower.
Alex invents complaints that haven’t been brought up yet because everyone in Salem recognizes Chad as Abigail DiMera’s (Marci Miller) widower. Alex claims that it doesn’t give the right optics to the public for the two of them to drink and carouse in public.
