Summer Newman (Hunter King) decided that her wedding to Kyle should be postponed until Harrison Locke’s (Kellen Enriquez) custody issues are resolved. That stance can be offered as proof Summer is Kyle’s best choice for his romantic present and future.

Was the time in New York with Tara just a momentary connection? No, as she gave birth to Harrison, which binds Kyle and Tara together forever.

However, the attraction both people had to each other didn’t endure. She could have left Ashland Locke (Richard Burgi), but chose not to. And Kyle hasn’t indicated that Tara was one of the loves of his life.

Yet, Harrison might be the reason Tara and Kyle explore what was a temporary bond. He could be the basis for a relationship developing into eventual marriage. But current realities leave Tara uncountable miles behind who Summer is in Kyle’s life.
