This week Murgatroyd posted some photos and videos of herself, and her baby bump at the gym. She has also been encouraging mom’s-to-‘be to hit the gym and work out during their pregnancies. In one video Peta is doing some weight-lifting, she captioned the video, “Mommy workout game strong. Battling this water retention is no joke LOL. Try these super simple exercises and feel amazing and accomplished like me afterwards.”
Time is flying! It seems like just yesterday that Peta and Maks announced they had a baby on the way. Now, the Dancing With The Stars champ is already 20 weeks along!. In another video of her working out at the gym, Peta explained, “I’m 20 weeks and although I could sit on the couch watching TV all day, I have to get up and keep moving! To me it’s imperative for women to have an active pregnancy. It’s better for your well being and it’s great for your baby (within the limits your doctor has given you of course).”
