Spicy Peanut Noodles Made Perfect With Kraft Peanut Butter
I recently went from being a mom of one to a mom of three. That’s right, I gave birth to twins six weeks ago and I’m still trying to adjust to this new normal! Three kids are a handful, but having two babies that have in-sync crying schedules along with a 4-year-old is overwhelming at times. For that very reason, I need to plan our family suppers a week ahead. I need recipes that are tasty, but quick and easy to make at the same time.
Did you know that peanut butter is not just for kids sandwiches in lunch boxes? With one jar of Kraft Smooth Peanut Butter, you can find unending inspiration. It can be used to create many tasty savory dishes like these Spicy Peanut Noodles. It makes so many meals taste better!
In this first recipe (part 2 coming soon!), Kraft Peanut Butter is used as the base to create a unique meal with a sweet kick and is full of great Thai flavour. This dish will make it’s way again and again onto your weekly menu rotation for sure. So, don’t let the list of ingredients intimidate you- it is so easy to toss together and so delicious that it will quickly become one of your family’s favourite go-to meals. And you thought peanut butter was just a spread!

Kraft Canada loves encouraging families to spend time together in the kitchen. In fact, their moto is Make Together – Stick Together. I’m a huge advocate of getting children involved in kitchen, so I love that they have created a place where families can go and find simple recipes to make with their peanut butter. Be sure to check them out at sticktogether.ca!

This looks like something I would love to try. I have a husband and a son that do not like peanut butter so I need to make this a night that they are not home.

This is very different. I am interested to see what it tastes like but I bet that the spicy kind of gives it a kick that balances the peanut butter. Thanks for the recipe.
Oh my! Never thought of putting peanut butter in my noodles. I love noodles and peanut butter both. Can’t wait to give this a try!

This looks like an amazing meal! Love the sauce!
The sauce is delicious! The peanut flavor didn’t seem to dominate and I think I would have had a hard time identifying the ingredients if I hadn’t cooked the dish. Thank you for this great recipe. I’ll probably use chunky peanut butter next time, plus either asparagus or broccoli, and maybe a little sherry or vermouth to thin the sauce a bit. My husband was skeptical when I told him the ingredients but he ate two helpings and asked me to add it to the rotation!
This looks so delicious!!
