Liv Tyler has confirmed her third pregnancy! Will proud dad and grandpa Steven Tyler be in the delivery room again? After Liv gave birth to her first child with fiance David Gardner, the Aerosmith front-man was present to do the honor of cutting the umbilical cord.

Tyler and Gardner welcomed their first child, Sailor Gene, in February of 2015. Liv is also mom to 11-year-old, Milo, her son with ex Royston Langdon. The blended family also includes David’s 8-year-old son, Gray.
Liv posted an image of herself holding her baby bump and confirming the news of her pregnancy with the caption, “Oh my goodness it seems the stork is visiting us again!! I am growing another little Tyler Gardner in my belly. Our family is growing!! So grateful!” Proud papa David also showed off his gorgeous wife in an Instagram post of his own declaring, “My beautiful baby is pregnant !!!! Sooooooo excited and so blessed.”
