Nutella Peanut Butter Cup Muffins
What better way to indulge than with a recipe that combines nutella and peanut butter for a mouthwatering muffin. The process is simple and the muffins are a fun recipe to make with little helpers.
Try freezing the muffins for late night cravings and small snacks for the kids to take to school.
Nutella Peanut Butter Cup Ingredients
1 C. Nutella
2 Eggs
10 tbs. flour
Almond slivers (optional)
12 silicone baking cups
Peanut Butter Middle Ingredients –
¼ C. butter, melted
¾ C. creamy peanut butter
½ lb. Confectioners sugar
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
Combine the Nutella, 2 eggs and 10 tbs. of flour. Mix well. Place approximately 2 tbs. of Nutella mix into the bottom of each silicone cup.
Next combine the peanut butter, melted butter and confectioners sugar. Mix well. Form into 1” balls and place 1 peanut butter ball in the baking cups on top of the Nutella mixture. Repeat the process with all of the baking cups.
Once each baking cup has a Nutella mixture and a peanut butter ball, scoop another 2 tsb. Of the Nutella mixture on top covering the peanut butter ball completely. Repeat this step with all the baking cups.
Add a few almond slivers onto the top of each Nutella peanut butter cup (this is optional).
Back for 25-30 minutes. When a toothpick comes out clean they are done. *Do not overbake.
*Makes approximately 12 servings (1 Nutella PB Cup = 1 serving)
*Store in an airtight container up to 1 week or freeze for several months.
