Mila Kunis: “Breastfeeding’s a Great Workout!”
While making an appearance on The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson, Mila Kunis opened about becoming a parent to 6-week-old daughter Wyatt with fiancé Ashton Kutcher.
The Jupiter Ascending actress has made the decision to breastfeed her baby girl.
“Breastfeeding’s a great workout!” Kunis revealed. “Let me tell you!”
Luckily, Kunis hasn’t been “too tired” since becoming a mom.
“I seem to eat a lot, so that kind of keeps me going through the day. [It’s] not too bad,” she told. “I do love to eat healthy.”
The new mom says she is content being at home because she has never really stayed in one spot for long.
“I was able to take time off work, which was nice,” she shared. “I went home! That is my version of time off. I spent all my 20s traveling. It sounds crazy, but I did spend all my 20s traveling and it’s the greatest experience ever. You get to see the world and you experience life and you meet people, but you don’t have a home. When I decided to take time off, all I wanted to do was have the same bed to wake up in, a routine, a house—and it was great.”
Kunis added that she feels blessed to be able to stay-at-home and raise her daughter.
“I think it’s a luxury to be able to do that,” she shared. “I am able to be a stay-at-home mom with my kid, and I do find that nowadays people can’t do that. Everyone has to have a job and you have to have a two-person household. So, I was able to take time off and actually raise my child, which I consider a blessing.”
The actress got engaged to Kutcher last February. This is their first child together.

While I am glad she finds that breastfeeding works for her – this sends a poor message to the general public because women are just going to think that breast feeding is good enough…. Which isn’t exactly the case!
I don’t the think that’s the message it sends at all, the first part of your comment is correct, it’s what works for her. Everyone is different through pregnancy and afterwards.
