NY Mom Freaks Out Over Pregnancy Reveal

Press play and get ready to turn the volume down. Like every good pregnancy reveal, the element of surprise is key. In this viral announcement, Judy Minunni discovers that her daughter Lisa Englert is going to have a baby. And her reaction is priceless. 

Judy is in disbelief when she opens a card announcing the pregnancy. Her reaction – a confused, “are you kidding me?” followed by deafening joy –  lasts an entertaining minute and a half. 

As the news settles, the New York native jumps around the kitchen and fist pumps the air. 

In the video, daughter Lisa confirms that she lied about a possible cyst to cover up a visit to the hospital to confirm the pregnancy and keep it a surprise. She tells her mom:

It was a baby… I lied because I wasn’t ready to tell you…Just calm down now, you’re really freaking me out. 

Lisa told ABC news:

My mom is a very energetic person. We had a feeling she was going to freak, but I don’t think we expected it to be anything like that.

At the time of this post, the video has already been viewed over 800,000 times.

The baby is expected to arrive Sept. 30.
