Alessandra Ambrosio and Bar Refaeli at Mauro's Cafe at Fred Segal (February 24)Pregnant Alessandra Ambrosio joined her model pals Bar Refaeli and Antonella Mosetti for lunch at Mauro’s Café at Fred Segal in West Hollywood, CA on Friday. Ambrosio brought along her adorable bow-wearing little white pup while dressed casual in a sweater, jeans and runners.   After lunch, the three friends went shopping at multiple high end boutiques.
