Victoria Beckham Goes Into Hiding to Lose Baby Weight Fast
Victoria Beckham has reportedly gone into hiding to lose the baby weight she gained with daughter Harper Seven. She is determined to return to a size zero by the time New York Fashion Week begins next month via a combination of intense exercise and a strict diet.
“Victoria feels under pressure to be in the best shape she can in time for New York Fashion Week,” a source told.
“Five days after giving birth, she started eating five high-protein meals a day accompanied by green vegetables, drinking gallons of water, and only snacking on goji berries and nuts.”
Although Beckham has reportedly been doing “gentle” post-natal exercises and 10 minutes of pilates a day since giving birth, it’s rumoured she will begin vigorous training with celebrity PT Tracy Anderson in the next couple of weeks.
