Teen Mom Amber Portwood Leaves Rehab

Teen Mom Amber Portwood has completed her rehab program in Los Angeles. She was seen looking tanned and relaxed as she entered LAX to fly home to Anderson, Indiana. She wore a pink and black flowered summer dress that showed off her slimmer body.

Portwood spent the last two months at the Seasons Recovery Center in Malibu, where she was sent after her suicide attempt back in June.
