The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers document that Hope Logan Spencer’s (Annika Noelle) bold move to leave Forrester Creations wasn’t openly stated. Saying that she needed some time away was a cop out. It was also good soap.

Taylor Hayes’ (Rebecca Budig) daughter, Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood), is suspicious of Hope’s reason for stepping back from her employer.

Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) wasn’t going to budge. She said FC was fully focusing on her grandfather’s Couture line and launch, leaving Hope for the Future in ongoing Limbo.

Deacon Sharpe’s (Sean Kanan) daughter, Hope, wasn’t having it. She sees Steffy treating her condescendingly and isn’t wrong in her opinion. But Wood’s character has to look out for the bottom line rather than soothe Hope’s sometimes fragile ego, which is something both characters’ parents will have to deal with as well.

Steffy Forrester Finnegan Has It Mostly Right

On balance, Steffy is right to come down on the side of Eric Forrester’s (John McCook) next collection. FC has to capitalize on the recent buzz his designs provided for Logan’s initial launch.

It’s shrewd to use Eric’s aura within the industry and attempt to turn the public’s and the focus on the fashion press and influencers within the industry. FC has to regain its footing after a series of employee losses and Logan’s stunning rise to prominence, which only happened because of the controversy Eric created.

But Steffy can’t truthfully deny that she would rather not have any Logans at her family’s business.

She’s grudgingly admitted that Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) has earned her spot and was grateful that Lang’s character recognized her effectiveness as FC’s co-Chief Executive Officer. But that’s about as far as Steffy can go.

Hope Logan Spencer Takes A Major Risk

Hope needs to prove herself, while also keeping her presence at Logan covered. That was the same scenario Eric used, wanting to control the timing with his then-new employer.

The Forresters will surely scream about secrecy, pretending that it again represents skulduggery. However, if Eric, Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye), and Brooke are honest, they will admit that FC has played hard to get ahead through the years.

What the heads of FC don’t like is that Logan caught them by surprise. Well, that scenario is about to repeat itself. Viewers anticipate an even more vitriolic response on both sides this time.

Deacon Sharpe’s And Taylor Hayes’ Relationship Tested

So, Deacon and Taylor recently introduced their relationship to the public. The fans saw them at Bikini Bar’s opening, with Steffy not being pleased.

The next stress test Deacon and Taylor will confront is how they individually handle their daughter’s responses to FC’s latest two defections to Logan, as Deke Sharpe (Harrison Cone) has agreed to join his sister.

But Deacon and Taylor will also have to deal with each other. Their loyalties would be inclined to back each daughter, but possibly they can navigate the soapy hurricane that’s ahead.
