As Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) told his sister-in-law, it’s to her advantage to push past her anger. She, Billy, and Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) saw Jack at a most unexpected and inopportune moment.

But that was the outcome that Victor wanted. Patty was paid to be part of that setup, and as the Moustache said, she has exceeded his expectations since.

So, it would benefit Diane to realize that Victor wasn’t right about her husband. He’s hardly the rogue that scenario made him appear to be. And, if Diane wants to save her marriage, she’ll need to be working with Jack rather than allowing him to freelance alone.

Patty Williams Redeems Herself?

No one can ever truly trust Patty. But she could work earnestly to help Jack and, in that regard, redeem herself in his eyes to a certain degree.

He’s never going to love her again because of all that’s happened through the decades and because he knows that she’s a danger to his loved ones. However, he does believe that her form of love for him is an asset.

Jack described Victor as an emotional vampire. Defeating someone who possesses that level of nefariousness requires careful calculation and a series of coordinated, precise strikes.

Wanting to permanently split Victor from Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) is an intriguing approach. Sharing that strategy with Patty adds to the intrigue tenfold.
