The Young And The Restless Spoilers: Phyllis And Victor Are Both Guilty – Christine Follows The Facts

The Young and the Restless spoilers document that Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) was expecting something. But she didn’t think an arrest was in the cards.
Christine Romalotti (Lauralee Bell) means business. She’s just agreed to be the District Attorney in Genoa City, Wisconsin, again. Part of that responsibility includes a sticky case involving this mini metropolis’ king, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden), and her longtime enemy who stole his crown.
Phyllis’ problem isn’t the fake emails. Michael Baldwin (Christian Le Blanc) may be able to prove that they were generated by artificial intelligence. Yet, the contents of that pseudo-evidence could easily lead Christine to bring other types of charges against her.
Victor Newman Committed Crimes As Well
Phyllis needs to prove that Victor presented a public official with knowingly false information. The Moustache will be arrested if she can do that.
Victor’s problem isn’t getting his company back. That should likely happen with Christine’s help. However, he told Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) that he had his own AI program, one that was specifically developed for him.
Viewers recall that the weapon Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) developed was obtained by Victor. Phyllis gave it to him after stealing it from Cane, which is an ironic part of this topical storyline.
Yet, a more problematic issue exists. Her name is Patty Williams (Stacy Haiduk), and Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) intends to turn her against the host, Victor. That should put legal heat on Braeden’s character because of Jack’s abduction and drugging.
Phyllis Summers Living In A Fantasy Land
Summers Conglomerate is the sad name Phyllis has applied to the company she illegally swiped from Victor. Phyllis used that unusual moniker when rebranding Newman Enterprises, instead of her daughter actually being in her life.
Summer Newman (last played by Allison Lanier) has cut all ties with Phyllis because of all that’s happened. Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei) would have done the same, but he’s living in GC and consistently crosses paths with his mother.

Stafford’s character was driven by a belief that she could take control of Victor’s company and share it with her children. But they’re both disgusted by the manner in which she seized power. So, the only people Phyllis has beside her are two loyal friends, Michael and Lauren Fenmore Baldwin (Tracey Bregman).
Can Christine Romalotti Prove The Truth?
Christine seriously considered the unexpected DA’s opening before taking it. She held that position in the past and knows its challenges along with the personal effect it has on her life and those she knows in GC.
Victor is as wily as they come. So, proving that he had Jack kidnapped or fabricated the appearance of damning evidence against Phyllis won’t be easy and will take time.
Phyllis would seem to be the easier case. She’s taken control of Newman Enterprises purely on bravado and did steal it, as Victor says.
The facts are currently cloudy. Christine will need all her daytime ducks in a row and then hope the two cases that need to be made stick. First, or in this instance, second impressions as GC’s DA are important.
