The Young And The Restless Spoilers: Adam’s Harsh Truth About Billy Hits Home, but Sally Holds Onto Hope
The Young and the Restless spoilers document that Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) had a face-to-face with his former flame. The spark no longer exists between him and Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope), but they do care about each other.
Adam believes that Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) isn’t the man Sally believes him to be. He thinks Billy will show himself as the scammer and leave her disillusioned.
Intriguingly, Thompson’s character recently responded to a comment about Sally when Hope’s character wasn’t in that scene. Billy commented about not knowing if Sally was the one, which devoted viewers picked up on.
Billy Abbott Does Care About Family
Billy’s focus is where it should be, on Jabot. He also enjoyed a warm-hearted Christmas Eve with Sally, who cares about his children and had a good heart-to-heart with Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle).
Sally doesn’t have any pressing concerns about Billy because he’s been loyal to her. As fans recall, they got together after Adam and Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan), whom they were involved with respectively, cheated on them.
While Adam’s grudge with Billy drove his comments, he may be proven right in the future. Sally and Billy aren’t engaged, and while they are a couple, they aren’t at a permanent stage of this relationship.
Adam Newman Is Tight With Victor Newman
Adam was in a different headspace when he and Sally were together. She was right in saying that he used to buck his father’s directives.
But a lot has happened within the scripts since Adam switched to Chelsea and Sally became Billy’s new girlfriend, significant other, or whatever they think of each other as.
The Newman family is facing a terrible threat from Matt Clark (Roger Howarth), who Victor enraged by decimating his company when using the artificial intelligence weapon. Adam is also solid with his father because Victor’s intention of toppling Jabot is current, and Grossman’s character is being rightly cautious with all that he says and does.
Sally Spectra Talks Openly About Conflict
Dealing with Adam creates a ripple effect. So, it wasn’t surprising that she immediately relayed her run-in with him at the Genoa City Athletic Club to Billy and Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman).
The trio talked about Adam and Victor’s anticipated plan of attack. It was good that she didn’t withhold what Adam said and let Billy know right away. Their pairing has been positive for Sally and Billy, with both characters long past their exes.
However, a follow-up conversation may be had where Sally also divulges Adam’s opinions about Billy. That would spark an open talk between them about whether he is right or Billy is more committed to her and vice versa than either character might have believed.
