Bryan Craig Stunned by General Hospital Fans’ Desire for Morgan’s Return!
General Hospital spoilers and updates reveal that Bryan Craig, formerly Morgan Corinthos on the ABC soap, wanted to see what fans thought about the possibility of the show bringing the character back.
Both he and the show have been dropping the name of Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) only natural son lately-let’s see what answers Bryan got.
Fans Can Hope, And Even Request, But It Doesn’t Seem Like Morgan’s Returning
Former General Hospital star Bryan Craig has been frequently mentioning his ill-fated character lately.
So much so that it seems a return might be on the horizon-however, it doesn’t appear to be happening just yet. On July 13, the Daytime Emmy winner took to social media to conduct a poll asking fans if they would like to see Morgan Corinthos return.
“General Hospital is your show at the end of the day,” he stated; “Sending love to you regardless of your choice.” Bryan remains optimistic and is ready to return to the ABC soap if they desire him and Morgan, although he likely prefers more substantial roles over brief appearances as a ghost!

Bryan Left The ABC Soap When He Was Hired For An ABC Primetime Show
When Bryan departed from GH, it was due to an opportunity in primetime with the ABC series Grand Hotel. However, similar to what occurred with Ryan Paevey (Nathan West), who also left for a different network’s show, things didn’t turn out as expected.
Grand Hotel ended up being a one-season failure, and Ryan only made one or two fleeting appearances on the show he transitioned to—both their GH characters met their demise.
Nevertheless, in Port Charles, there’s always a possibility that either character could be brought back to life, or perhaps they were never truly dead, as seen with Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison).
Fans should remember that Morgan was presumed dead—or so we believe—when Julian Jerome’s (William DeVry) car exploded, and only a few of Morgan’s belongings were discovered, but not him!
So, What Did The Results Of Bryan’s Poll Show?
What are the results of the poll-the last time we checked, almost 95 percent of those surveyed wanted Sonny and Carly’s son to come back from the dead.
Not too bad, right; naturally, you wouldn’t expect Craig’s fans to not hope for his return, would you? Regardless of how you look at it, it seems the actor is eager for Morgan to experience the same miraculous return that Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) is enjoying this week.
Craig first took on the role of adult Morgan in 2013, remained with the show until 2016, and then returned twice for Morgan’s ghostly appearances, after Grand Hotel ended.
After GH, he appeared in the short-lived CBS series Valor and starred in the final two seasons of Good Trouble, which has a total of five seasons.
