Alessandra Ambrosio was spotted walking the white carpet at the 20th Annual Elton John AIDS Foundation’s Oscar Viewing Party held in West Hollywood on Sunday night. Ambrosio showed off her growing baby bump in a one shoulder and high slitted Roberto Cavalli gown.

At the party, Ambrosio met up with fellow pregnant mama, Kourtney Kardashian. The two laughed together and posed for photos.
