Young and the Restless Spoilers: Tensions Rise At Chancellor-Winters Between Devon & Nate While Lily Is Away

Young and the Restless Spoilers: Tensions Rise At Chancellor-Winters Between Devon & Nate While Lily Is AwayYoung and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers suggest that Christel Khalil is officially on maternity leave as Lily Winters stepped away from the canvas this week to tend to her daughter Mattie Ashby (Lexie Stevenson), who is dealing with wildfire drama at her university.

It’s unclear how long Ms. Winters will be out of town, but, likely, she won’t re-appear on screen until at least February to March of 2024 (maybe a little bit earlier than that, maybe a little bit later).

Still, it was interesting that Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) was welcomed back into the Chancellor-Winters’ fold, only for Lily’s crisis to hit so that she stepped away. Will all heck break loose at the company, during this time?

Y&R Spoilers: Devon Hamilton-Winters & Nate Hastings Have Bad Blood

Y&R spoilers for the week of December 11th note that Nate and Devon Hamilton-Winters (Bryton James) will come to an agreement. As Hastings will be working at the company, and Lily won’t be around due to her daughter’s crisis, there’s a good chance the two men will try and make a work arrangement to manage conflict and keep it at bay.

After all, it was their two working personalities that didn’t mix when the gang decided to collaborate on this family venture and merge Chancellor Industries with Hamilton Winters Group, initially.

Yes, Nate betrayed the company by telling Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) that CW was planning on going public; however, the root of the issues Hastings had started when he clashed with Devon over working styles. Plus, his cousin micro-managed him far too much and didn’t take his ideas seriously.

Y&R Spoilers: Lily’s Absence Is A Recipe For Disaster

While Mamie Johnson (Veronica Redd) was a huge Nate supporter, ultimately, the decision to bring him back into the fold was up to Lily and Devon, with Ms. Winters rooting for her cousin’s return.

Without Lily in the picture, Nate is starting back in the company already on the wrong foot. Devon has his walls up when it comes to Hastings, and if Nate makes the smallest of mistakes, the proverbial poop could hit the fan (and fast) at Chancellor-Winters.
