Taylor Swift Has Cut Three A-list Friends From Big Day. Why?
Taylor Swift’s big day is fast approaching, and we’re getting more of the lowdown on what is undoubtedly set to be one of the biggest events of the year.
I’m talking about a wedding that’s predicted to be expensive enough to rival many other elegant big days.
The venue is already said to cost a million dollars to secure. Of course this is a wedding the who’s who of Hollywood wants to be a part of.
Even British royalty – in the way of Prince William – has expressed interest in witnessing the glamorous day. So imagine being part of Taylor Swift’s high profile circle and still being exempted.

These Taylor Swift Long-time Pals Didn’t Make the Invite List Featuring Over A Thousand People
Taylor Swift recently came under scrutiny when it was revealed that her invite list would not only cover over a thousand people, but would also include a couple dozen people that could be more or less considered strangers.
All this was done while cutting off some of the people that she’s been known to be close to over the years.
Per Page Six, Swift did not invite long-time friends Miles Teller and his wife, Keleigh Sperry Teller. The couple and the “Bad Blood” singer were last seen together in public in 2024.
Since then, speculations have come and gone regarding the state of the relationship.
However, at the SCAD Savannah Film Festival in November 2025, Teller was asked whether he’d gotten his invitation to Swift’s big day.
His response was a bit dodgy: “I don’t know. That is gonna be—I imagine—one impressive wedding,” he said. “Just very happy for them. I’ve known Trav for a while, too, and I think they’re having a blast. That’s the point.”
Teller and his wife aren’t the only long-time pals that probably won’t get to see Swift walk down the aisle on July 3. Blake Lively’s fate is still in limbo.
“Blake genuinely believes there’s still a path back,” one insider told Rob Shuter. “Now that the legal mess is over, she thinks the hardest part is behind her, and there’s real hope they can move forward.”
“Just like she had her Met Gala dress ready, she already has a dress picked out for Taylor’s wedding,” a source said. “That’s how convinced she was — and still is — that this friendship can be saved.”
Taylor Swift will tie the knot with the love of her life, quarterback Travis Kelce, at the iconic Madison Square Garden.
