The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say that while it seems like Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) won’t completely admit to it, he knows that working at Forrester Creations has become a very toxic environment. Ridge Knows Forrester Is Going Downhill

That’s because during the most recent episode of the show, he knew that Hope Logan leaving his fashion house would generate a lot of negative headlines, and that’s the last thing that he wants to deal with right now.

But at the same time, there’s no denying that things have become very toxic at Forrester Creations, and it’s all because everyone expects loyalty over quality, care, and even basic human decency.

It seems like the only reason why Hope has managed to stay at Forrester Creations for so long is not just because they own the rights to her fashion line, Hope For The Future, but also because of her own mother, Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang).

But at the same time, that doesn’t mean Hope can be subjected to all the bullying and mistreatment she has received from none other than Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood).

But because Steffy treats everyone like they are beneath her – and especially Hope – this has just become par for the course in the company. And even Ridge sees it, even though he feels both powerless and maybe even a little hopeless about it.

Hope Needs To Leave For Her Own Dignity

Sure, Forrester Creations doesn’t want to lose a designer like Hope. And the fashion house also doesn’t want media coverage over it, either.

But at this point, it seems like Hope has no choice but to leave and that’s not just because of her career and her own future, but for her own dignity, too.
