The Young And The Restless Spoilers: Phyllis Surrenders Newman to Avoid Prison, Victor Wins Big After Ultimatum?

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Phyllis Summers’ (Michelle Stafford) days of gloating may soon be over.

Y&R fans know Phyllis has been patting herself on the back and basically telling everyone who’ll listen how she crushed Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) like a bug.

However, Victor’s plan to lure the majority of Phyllis’ employees away will weaken Summers Conglomerate ahead of his next move.

Phyllis is in for a rude awakening when she finds out Victor hired the best experts to develop a new AI program, which can deliver criminal evidence against her through Chancellor.

In the April 24 episode, Victor will present an ultimatum to Phyllis. No matter how much Phyllis wants to believe she’s still running the show, it may become painfully obvious that Victor has regained the upper hand.

According to The Young and the Restless spoilers, Victor’s going to make a proposal that Phyllis can’t turn down. Some difficult news is coming up that may leave Phyllis with no way out except the escape route Victor offers.

It sounds like Victor will move forward with his plot and warn that if Phyllis doesn’t surrender the Newman empire, a prison stint is in her future.

Phyllis may not want to believe it at first, but Victor may insist she’d be wise not to call his bluff on this. Victor won’t hesitate to throw Phyllis behind bars if she doesn’t give up everything she stole and finally make this right.

Phyllis could argue that Summer Newman (last played by Allison Lanier) would never forgive Victor for putting her mother in a prison cell.

Victor, on the other hand, might suggest Summer would approve since she’s turned against Phyllis at this point.

Regardless, Victor may stand his ground and contend that Phyllis will indeed be locked up if she doesn’t cooperate.

In the end, Victor’s ultimatum may force Phyllis to make a choice: either surrender and try to salvage a relationship with her children or dig her heels in on a company that’s destined to fail without most of its employees.
