The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers: Will Made His Decision – Electra Chooses RJ

The Bold and The Beautiful: Will Spencer (Crew Morrow)

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers document that Will Spencer (Crew Morrow) was in love with Electra Forrester (Laneya Grace). But he’s young and obviously inexperienced with serious relationships and made a series of wrong decisions.

Someone seasoned in romance, who also doesn’t veer toward cheating, would never have allowed another individual to enter the frame. But Will took pity on Melissa Dylan (Sydney Bullock), and that opened the daytime door.

Electra’s initial feelings about Melissa were based on recency bias, a cheeky term that reduces whatever one has more recently experienced to having an out-sized influence on decision-making. Viewers know that everyone is different and that some people might be inclined to react based on what happened last month, while others would not.

Luna Nozawa Made A Resonating Impact

Luna Nozawa (Lisa Yamada) targeted Will and Electra. She was smitten with him at first sight.

Devoted fans recall that it was when Luna was being harbored by Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) in what was a kind-hearted redemption attempt. After manipulating RJ Forrester (then played by Joshua Hoffman) and using his cousin, Zende Forrester Dominguez (Delon de Metz), she shifted her gaze to Will.

Electra was seen as unworthy of Will’s affection and as someone who Luna felt could be easily pushed out of the way. But Will remained true to Electra, which gives him a level of grace when reconsidering how wrong he was when later allowing his interest to be split between her and Melissa.

Will Spencer Didn’t Intend Harm

So far in this storyline, there is no comparison between Luna and Melissa. Plus, Bullock’s character is the person who accidentally ended Luna’s life, which naturally plays a part in how Will views her.

Will didn’t anticipate developing feelings for Melissa. He found her to be attractive after first feeling sorry for her homeless plight, which was driven by unexpected unemployment.

To her credit, Electra didn’t break from Will at the first sign of trouble. She also didn’t listen to her aunt’s tethered advice. Ivy Forrester (Ashleigh Brewer) wanted Will out of Electra’s life since he was stalked by Luna and created a variety of soapy scenarios to make that outcome more likely, and then realized.

RJ Forrester Is An Easy Alternative

Ivy basically put RJ (now played by Brayan Nicoletti) in Electra’s lap. Grace’s character was a wreck after the fallout that Brewer’s character intended at Will’s beach house.

Some episodes passed, and there was an opportunity for plausible reconciliation. But fans must have suspected that the intermediary period was leading to a couple’s switch, and that happened.

Will and Melissa are living on the same property, are still commiserating about what happened with Electra, and like each other. Meanwhile, RJ has caught Electra’s eye and, more importantly, touched her heart. He’s the easy alternative for her new spring romance.
