The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers: Daphne Drops Bombshell – Electra Reconsiders Everything

The Bold and The Beautiful: Daphne Walton (Murielle Hilaire)

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers document that Daphne Walton (Murielle Hilaire) disregarded her husband’s advice and was right to do so. She told Electra Forrester (Laneya Grace) about the manipulative acts her aunt committed.

Ivy Forrester (Ashleigh Brewer) has been behaving like a high-schooler bent on revenge against a classmate she detests. Viewers may feel this portion of the storyline is more like a woman in her mid-30s who is less mature than her niece.

Grace is nine years Brewer’s junior in real life, but the Electra character is presented in her early 20s, as is Crew Morrow’s (Will Spencer) alter ego. But, as is often true in juvenile scenarios, drama leads to fallout.

Daphne Walton Made The Right Decision

Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) didn’t want Daphne to be dragged into other people’s problems. His protective instinct was totally understandable because she’s his new wife and because of messy personal relationship issues that one of the Forrester family is involved in.

However, Daphne sought Electra out and then found her crying after Will left. Hilaire’s character was forced by Ivy to carry this moral burden for weeks, and he wanted to relieve Electra’s confusion and pain.

As Daphne told her, the information that was relayed could change everything with Will. Electra was staggered to learn that her seemingly well-intentioned aunt had crossed so many lines and put her on blast shortly thereafter.

Will Spencer Ran Out Of Explanations

Will had a puzzled look on his face when Electra said that he’d blown her off. Then, in order to push the plot to the point where he left, and Daphne arrived, she didn’t explain herself.

Saying that it was too painful to discuss was a bit shaky. After all they’d discussed and rehashed, and in considering that momentum appeared to be leading Electra to forgive Will, it was questionable to stymie that question.

The Bold and The Beautiful: Electra Forrester (Laneya Grace)

Why wouldn’t Electra tell Will about the letter she wrote, which had his name on it?

Doing so could have cleared up the issue or led to Will being present when Daphne arrived, and a full exoneration having happened. But soap isn’t about smooth sailing or easy solutions.

Electra Forrester Deserved Better

Ivy basically got carried away and lost her sense of judgment. That’s what happened.

She was making her plans up in real time while practicing freelance morality. Justifying her actions, when questioned on multiple occasions by Daphne, was proof that Ivy never planned to turn back or confess what she’d done voluntarily.

However, just because Electra got the truth out of Ivy doesn’t necessarily mean that Will will revert to being Mr. Boyfriend. RJ Forrester (Brayan Nicoletti) made an impact on Electra and isn’t inclined to give up, whether there’s a reunion with Will.

So, Ivy’s dirty work might produce the outcome she wanted, but not happen immediately.
