The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Phyllis Calls Bull on Lily & Twins’ Snatching, Warns Cane Don’t Fall for Fake-Out?

The Young and The Restless: Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford)

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers hint that Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) may call bull on Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) and the twins’ snatching. Will Phyllis warn Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) not to fall for the fake-out?

Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) came up with the idea of using Lily, Charlie Ashby (previously played by Noah Alexander Gerry) and Mattie Ashby (previously played by Lexie Stevenson) to get Cane’s attention.

Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) was ordered to find out each person’s location, so he now knows Lily’s in Los Angeles with Mattie while Charlie is on the east coast. If Adam can round up all three and totally isolate them, Cane might believe his family’s truly in trouble.

In Y&R’s January 29 episode, Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) informed Adam and Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) she would under no circumstances accept a legitimate kidnapping.

However, Nikki’s willing to move forward with a fake one as long as Lily’s in on the plot.

It seems likely that Lily will indeed get on board with duping Cane since she’s so fed up with him. Charlie and Mattie may get updates on the snatching scheme as well, so they’ll probably be just as eager to help.

Cane went too far as far as Lily and the twins are concerned, so they may agree something drastic has to happen to stop him. If that means making Cane believe his family is in a dangerous situation, then so be it.

The Young and The Restless: Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn)

Since Lily and the twins are Cane’s weak spot, he may indeed panic once some kidnapping news strikes. Cane may be tempted to return everything he’s stolen from the Newmans, but Phyllis will be there to pump the brakes.

Phyllis knows Victor can be a monster at times, but she’ll probably argue that he’d never go as far as endangering Neil Winters’ (Kristoff St. John) daughter and grandchildren. Victor respected Neil too much to ever do something like that.

Phyllis may smell a trap from a mile away and warn Cane that he shouldn’t fall into it! Despite Cane’s initial fear, Phyllis may work to convince him that he has to stay strong and realize this is a fake-out.

Even if Lily and the twins send a phony message of fear, Phyllis may insist Cane has to see that everyone’s trying to manipulate him.

Will Phyllis get Cane to believe Lily and the twins aren’t in legitimate danger? Will Cane go against his instincts and call Victor’s bluff by refusing to stand down?

The Young and the Restless spoilers say Phyllis won’t want Cane blowing everything they’ve achieved such silly deception, so stay tuned. CDL will have all the hottest Young and the Restless spoilers, updates and news you’re looking for, so make us your go-to Y&R source.
