The Young and the Restless Spoilers: New Kidnapping Rocks GC — Whos The New Victim?

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that another kidnapping will rock Genoa City in the next few weeks. This time, it doesn’t appear to be related to the Matt Clark (Roger Howarth) storyline.

The spoilers reveal that it will be a completely new storyline with another kidnapper, involving Devon Winters (Bryton James), Abby Newman (Melisa Ordway), Tessa Porter (Cait Faitbanks), and Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes).

Abby and Devon have been enjoying married life and are in the honeymoon stage. But according to Bryton James, the honeymoon will be over when a crisis abrupts and someone goes missing.

James promises the drama will impact Devon and Abby’s marriage and shake their bond. It seems to be surrounding their son, Dominic Newman-Abbott-Winters-Chancellor (Rainn and River Ware). Many Y&R viewers think that Dominic may get kidnapped.

Mariah Copeland Struggles After Killing A Man

During a business trip several months ago, Mariah had drinks with a random stranger, Will Hensley (Michael Swan). For reasons we don’t know yet, they ended up in a hotel room together and she smothered him to death. It was shocking because Mariah isn’t the type to participate in such violence.

The Young and the Restless spoilers say that the kidnapping could be related to Wil’s death. The details have not been released yet, so at this point it is a guessing game. However, we do know that Abby and Devon will be babysitting Aria Porter-Copeland (Maddie and Millie Ingle) when the kidnapping occurs.

This storyline will coincide with Christel Khalil, the actor who plays Lily Winters, maternity leave. It may give her character a break from her storyline to make room for another.

Does Mariah Copeland Kidnap Dominic?

The Young and the Restless spoilers say that Marian could kidnap Dominic in a panic. Apparently, in her deranged state of mind, she could mistake Dominic for Aria and take him. It will cause panic for his parents and Mariah’s wife, Tessa. No one will understand why Mariah would do such a thing, leading to the discovery of Mariah’s horrible act on her business trip.

Abby and Devon will likely disagree on the best way to handle the situation. Devon would likely want to go easy on Mariah, with Abby wanting her to pay for baby napping her child. It could get interesting to see how they come to a compromise, as Mariah finally gets help for her obviously mental health struggles.
