Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) and Katie Logan (Heather Tom) seem to think they have the custody battle for their grandchild in the bag. They believe not only would Poppy not have a shot to get the newborn, but they doubt she would want the kid.

Poppy Nowaza Returns For A Do-Over

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say that Romy Park is back filming. She had been missing in action since Luna was pronounced dead a few months ago.

She must have heard the news about her daughter’s pregnancy and seen the dollar signs in her criminal daughter’s situation. She knows that if the paternity test is right, she will be raising Spencer’s grandchild.

Bill and Katie will likely have a big problem with Poppy having custody of their grandchild. Their main complaint would be the unlikelihood of them having a relationship with the child.

Katie may point out that Poppy had one child, who was conceived by taking advantage of her barely legal nephew, Dr. John ‘Finn’ Finnegan (Tanner Novlan). Their attorney could point out that Poppy has proven time and time again that she is incapable of being a stable and caring parent.

Katie Logan’s Custody Roadblock

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say that Bill and Katie reunited so they could raise their grandchild together. They just have to ensure Luna stays behind bars until she delivers her baby. It sounds like an easy task, but Luna has already tried to escape multiple times, and the spoilers suggest that she will try again in the next few weeks.

Katie’s big roadblock in the fight for custody of Luna’s baby could be her health. Part of the adoption and custody process is a health screening of the potential parents.

The fact that Katie has had a heart and kidney transplant would likely cause her to be an unsuitable placement. The court would likely determine that, with her health challenges and her recent reconciliation with Bill, Katie just might lose the custody battle.
