The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers indicate that John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) has lost a daughter with the death of Luna Nozawa (Lisa Yamada).

It’s a delicate question, as Finn did not even know about Luna until recently. In fact, he was her daddy-cousin. It’s a long story. Let’s delve into the thorny situation now facing Finn and Steffy.

Should Finn Have a Daughter?

Finn and Steffy are parents to Hayes Finnegan (Bryan David Garlick) and he has embraced his role as stepdad to Kelly Spencer (Sophia Paras).

Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) is Kelly’s dad and as a co-parent Liam lucked out with Finn being a great role model. Because Finn was robbed of the chance to raise Luna, he has regrets. Especially since he believes she would have been a better person if he had been in her life.

There is no doubt Finn would’ve stepped up for Luna even though he was a kid himself when she was born.

Poppy Nozawa and Finn are Luna’s Parents

Poppy Nozawa (Romy Park) is Finn’s aunt and Luna’s mom—you get the picture. Poppy kept the truth from him until Luna was a disturbed adult.

Now that Luna is dead, Finn has some processing to do and perhaps he can move forward with a daughter with Steffy. A new daughter would not replace Luna, but it would give Finn a chance to raise a proper girl.

Poor Finn felt guilt at Luna’s lunacy because he did not raise her and Poppy did a substandard job on her own. Luna killed two people (that we know of) and committed heinous acts against Steffy and others.

Would Finn Have Saved Luna?

Because Poppy kept Finn in the dark, he and Luna believed themselves to be cousins and had a fine relationship as such. But after the big reveal, Finn was aghast that his own flesh and blood tried to kill his wife.
