General Hospital Spoilers: Where is Mac—He’s the Only One Who Can Save PC Now?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers show that Mac Scorpio (John J. Yorke) has not been active even with a slew of undead people returning to PC, his stepdaughter in a coma, and now the Police Commissioner is missing.

Mac needs to make a comeback, stat. Will he be the one to save PC from the current toxic situation? He may be the only one left to do so!

Where is Big Mac?

First of all, doesn’t it seem strange that Mac is MIA while PC is being infiltrated with walking zombies? First Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud), then Nathan West (Ryan Paevey), and the rumor that Ceasar Faison (Anders Hove) may be running amok.
Surely Mac would be the first one investigating this weird sequence of events!

Now, the situation has gotten dire, with Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) abducted. And on top of that the ranks of the PCPD have never been thinner.

Mac Needs to Come Back and Save Everyone

The PCPD can’t run properly without Anna. Yet, Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) is off pretending to be Jenz Sidwell’s (Carlo Rota) plant, Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) is offscreen with his family, and that leaves Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) who is up to his ears in family dramarama that is all consuming.

We can add to this the fact that Mayor Laura Collins (Genie Francis) is trying to get reelected and this all leads to the sense that the crimefighting battalion in PC is weaker than gruel.

Maxie is in a Coma

Mac also has family duties to tend to, but we see him leaving all of this to Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) to sort out. Her daughter Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) is in a coma and she needs all the support she can get.

However, even with Maxie’s back from the dead ex Nathan waltzing around, plus Jenz’s criminal encroachment, we have no idea what Mac thinks of all of this.

Clearly it’s time for Big Mac to return to the screen and show what he’s capable of. Port Charles is in a dire situation, and it reminds us of the Ice Princess days when multiple nefarious plots and characters threatened to converge into a bombastic mess of epic proportions.

Tell us GH fans, what do you think Mac is doing offscreen? Yorke had medical issues that prevented him from working, but presuming that he is recovered (he has said he is cancer free) do you want PC’s finest to come back to the force?
