Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal there are three must-see moments for the week of June 16, 2025. Fans will see Sophia Choi (Rachel Boyd) go into labor at graduation.

Philip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier) wakes up just as Xander Cook Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) gets ready to finish the job. Plus, Stephen Nichols is honored for playing Steve Johnson for 40 years. Keep reading and let’s talk about what is coming up in the Peacock soap opera.

Sophia Choi’s Labor

Let’s begin with the teenagers, who will be attending their high school graduation. Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis) tells Tate Black (Leo Howard) that she’s looking into European universities. For obvious reasons, Tate will be attending college in Salem.

Then, as the teens are getting ready to start their graduation walk, Sophia goes into labor.

Aaron Greene Returns

Along with Holly, Tate, and Sophia graduating, Aaron Greene (Louis Tomero) returns to Salem. The teenage boy surprises his big sister, Cat Greene (AnnaLynne McCord). However, the narrator teases in the weekly preview clip that Sophia’s birth will come with a surprise. So, could Aaron be the bio daddy of Sophia’s baby rather than Tate?

Philip Kiriakis Awakens

Days of Our Lives spoilers for next week reveal that Xander will continue to get ready to end Philip’s life. However, just as Xander approaches with the pillow, the patient wakes up.

Even more surprising is that Philip clears Xander and claims someone else beat him. Nobody seems to believe Philip, including Belle Black (Martha Madison) and Kate Roberts Brady (Lauren Koslow).

Over the past few weeks, I have noted that we don’t know if Xander actually caused Philip’s injuries. We saw Xander kick Philip, but he was already lying down. Maybe someone else began the beating, and Xander just came in to find him lying there. Xander certainly didn’t help, but he might not be entirely guilty either.

Week of June 16, 2025

Also, it will mark Nichols’ 40th anniversary playing the role of Steve “Patch” Johnson. Expect Steve to reminisce with his loved ones. These could include Bo Brady (Peter Bergman), Hope Brady (Kristian Alfonso), Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans), and maybe even Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall). Since it’s so close to John Black’s (Drake Hogestyn) funeral, we also might see that character in Steve’s memories as well.

As a bonus must-see moment, Hope and Bo will say goodbye to Salem to start their new chapter together.
