The Bold and the Beautiful Star Rebecca Budig Has A New Job
Rebecca, who is best known for her role as Taylor Hayes on the hit CBS soap, is now going to host a brand new podcast called Soapy alongside Days of Our Lives and The Young and the Restless star, Greg Rikaart. How exciting!
According to Deadline, Soapy is going to be a podcast like no other. That’s because both Rebecca and Greg promise to “dive deep into the legacy, fandom and enduring appeal.”
The series is going to kick off on July 8th and will continue through September 30th.
Some guest stars will include: Maurice Benard (General Hospital), Tracey Bregman (The Young and the Restless), Marc Cherry (creator, writer, Desperate Housewives), Scott Clifton (The Bold and the Beautiful), Eva LaRue (General Hospital).
Rebecca And Greg Have A New Podcast!
If that weren’t enough, the podcast will also have Christian LeBlanc (The Young and the Restless), Cameron Mathison (General Hospital, All My Children), Karla Mosley (Beyond the Gates), Lawrence Saint-Victor (The Bold and the Beautiful), Melody Thomas Scott (The Young and the Restless), Heather Tom (The Bold and the Beautiful) and Tamara Tunie (Beyond the Gates).
Some fans have commented on this news piece with, “This is why the daytime soap genre is dying. This would have been a great idea say 20 years ago when there were more soaps and more fans. The cross promotion would have been great.”
