Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Is Billy Flynn Being Replaced By Y&R’s Connor Floyd Now That He’s Left Days?

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers reveal that social media has started quite the buzz when it comes to the recast of Chad Dimera (Billy Flynn). Is Connor Floyd (currently Chance Chancellor) leaving Y&R to take over as Chad Dimera?

Billy Flynn Announced His Departure In March

Currently, Billy is still playing Chad and will be for several months since Days of Our Lives tapes so far ahead of the other shows.

However, someone needs to be cast as Chad unless he is moving out of Salem, which doesn’t seem likely at the moment. Could Connor be taking over the role now that Flynn has appeared as Cane Ashby aka “Aristotle Dumas?”

Chad seems to be ready to move on with Cat Greene (AnnaLynne McCord) now that they have been on one date. However, that cannot happen unless we have Chad in Salem.

Since Flynn is not longer in the role, Floyd would be a great recast. Floyd hasn’t been seen around Genoa City much lately, so has he moved on?

Chance Chancellor Lost His Leading Lady

Chance lost his leading lady months ago when Summer Newman (Alison Lanier) broke up with him. Although they tried to get back together at one point, Summer just could not get past some of their issues.

Chance and Summer remained friends, however, Summer ended up moving to another division of Newman when both Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) and Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) left her for other jobs.

Now that Chance no longer has a leading lady that is close to his age, and Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) ended things a long time ago, there is really no reason for him to stay in town.

Lets be honest, Chance would be better off written to go chase down Summer if they aren’t going to bring another woman into the picture for him.

Chad Dimera Is Ready To Move On

Chad has decided that he is ready to move on and is about to have dinner with Cat. Of course, Jennifer Deveraux (Melissa Reeves) is not happy about Chad and Cat’s friendship at all. Cat lied to all of them and Jennifer cannot forgive that. However, Chad doesn’t hold it against her because he knows she did it to save her mother.

Will Days of Our Lives recast Chad so that he has a chance to move on with his children? Both of the kids seem to like Cat really well when she was at the fundraiser with them.

Is Chad truly ready to give love another chance? Could Connor step into Chad’s shoes and pull off a true romance for Cat and Chad?
