Following the Instagram reveal, the siblings enjoyed pink ice cream to celebrate their future sister. Arie simply captioned the post, “baby is a…”

Another excited fan wrote, “Wooooow!!!!!!!!!! That is so exciting!!! Congratulations!!” Several commenters talked about their excitement as the couple has three daughters. One fan noted, “STOPPPP!!! 3 GIRLS!!! so excited for you guys!!”
Then, another ABC fan told Lauren and Arie Luyendyk, “Congratulations! Your daughters are very lucky to have you as their daddy, you are such a caring/loving and fun girl dad! And now Lux and you will have a special bond forever of being the only boys!”
The Journey To Another Baby
This pregnancy comes after Arie and Lauren considered expanding their family despite Arie’s previous vasectomy. Previously, they discussed the possibility of a reversal. Arie admitted on their YouTube channel that he felt he rushed into the vasectomy after the birth of their twins.
At the time, he explained that adjusting to life with twins was exhausting, leading to his decision. However, he later felt that he could handle having another child, particularly a singleton.
Interestingly, Lauren mentioned that Arie booked his vasectomy reversal consultation without her prior knowledge, The couple initially announced their pregnancy on March 10, with Lauren sharing on Instagram that their “last missing piece [was] coming this September.”
Arie’s decision to get a vasectomy followed the birth of Senna and Lux. However, by February 2025, reports indicated his regret and subsequent steps toward a reversal.
Others Who Had A Vasectomy
The possibility of conceiving after a vasectomy reversal is a reality for many. For example, David Toborowsky from TLC underwent a similar procedure, although he ultimately required sperm extraction for IVF. He and his wife, Annie Suwan, recently welcomed their first child together, Minthira.
For those who remember Arie’s season of The Bachelor, his journey was marked by a twist. Initially, he proposed to Becca Kufrin but later ended the engagement in favor of with Lauren Burnham. While some viewers initially labeled him a “villain,” their relationship became admired by many.
Arie and Lauren married in 2019 and built a family with Alessi and the twins. Their social media often shows them being devoted parents.
