Jacob Roloff Shares Mateo Exploring Dangerous Activities?

Jacob Roloff, formerly on Little People, Big World, and his wife, Isabel, raise their three-year-old son, Mateo, on a farm in Oregon. This week, Roloff explained that Mateo is learning about farming, but potentially some of his activities might be dangerous. Read on for more details.

Mateo Is Still Young

When Isabel Roloff shared photos of Mateo’s third birthday, she threw him a party, saying, “What a great day celebrating our 3 year old. Thank you everyone for coming!” Although TLC fans never see his face, they notice that he’s got gorgeous hair. But, he’s still a little boy, and that could change.

Despite being so little, it seems that Jacob Roloff is determined to let his son experience the workplace. Agriculture means being outdoors, and often that involves moving machinery. Or, nature can bite back. Naturally, there’s some potential danger for a little kid. On February 26, he said on Instagram, “Love hanging out with him, doing farm-safe things.”

Dangerous Activities?

The Little People, Big World alum shared more than one photo, but did the one showing his son by a big fire cause some concern amongst TLC fans?

The dad of one had also written, “Kiddo is too smart, and fun…He’ll stop and say gently, ‘I like living on this farm with you mom and dad,” and it melts my heart. Just a good kid.”

In the comments section. one follower scolded Jacob Roloff, saying, “What you [would] call farm safe, I would call dangerous. He is too close to the [fire].” Did others feel the same concern? Well, the answer is, “no.” Possibly because his dad was close by and keeping an eye on his son. 

A Different Story

Of course, if it had been Audrey Roloff with one of her sons that close to a big fire, Redditors would probably have shredded her. In fact, ripping her for dangerous parenting seems a bit like a national sport. However, Jacob won the admiration of TLC fans when he announced his alleged abuse by a producer for Little People Big World.
