LPBW Fans Slam Self-Diagnosis By Isabel Roloff

Little People Big World fans slammed Isabel Roloff, claiming she’s too attention-seeking on social media. The criticism arrived after a TLC fan noticed her comment on someone else’s post and she made a sef-diagnosis. Read on to find out what happened.

Jacob’s Wife Has Mental Health Issues

It’s no big secret that Isabel struggles with her mental health because she often talks about it on social media. For example, last year in August, she talked about feeling guilty because she takes medication for her ADHD.

Another thing that the mom of Mateo mentioned was her struggle with body image. Her showcasing of the issue arrived during her postpartum stage. While some fans think she’s too self-involved, she found appreciative fans who could relate to the problem. However, sometimes, people feel she posts to turn the spotlight on herself rather than on those who can relate.

Attention Seeking Behavior?

Little People, Big World fans felt that when Isabel Roloff responded to a post about an autistic child, she came over as trying to get people to “look at me.” In the original post, someone had written under a photo of a child lining up toys:

What a joy to share this life with him. I hope his lineups continue to grow as he does. This journey isn’t about getting him to change, it’s about meeting him exactly where he is…

Fans think Isabel made a post on autism about herself – Via Reddit

In the comments, Isabel Roloff replied, saying, “Hahaha not me doing this as a kid with animals too and there being photo proof and realizing at 28 that I am def autistic.”

Fans Disapprove

TLC fans agreed in a Reddit discussion that sometimes, Jacob’s wife tends to draw attention to herself. Here are some of their opinions abou7t ehr sefl-diagnosed autism:

  • WHY must she make everything about herself? “Photo proof?” Nobody asked for it! Just comment on how artistic the child is or don’t say anything. Every other comment is praising the child and here she is, needing to tell everyone she did it…
  • Lining up toys is a very normal developmental thing most kids go through. Kids with autism can have particular obsessions with it, but it’s normal among all kids. People who self-diagnose like this are embarrassing.
  • Lining up your toys doesn’t make you autistic. Do autistic kids do this? Sure. Is the fact that you did it as a child “proof” that you’re autistic? No. Kids do this.
  • She is whatever is unique and special at the moment.

What do you think of Isabel Roloff drawing attention to herself and self-diagnosing in the comments about autism? Do you think she did the wrong thing? Let us know in the comments below, and come back here often for all your Little People, Big World news.
