Is Victor Newman Exiting The Young And The Restless?

The Young And The Restless Spoilers suggest that fans are quite worried about Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) after seeing him shot by Ian Ward (Ray Wise).

Victor has always been larger than life and always got his way. However, it seems that Victor has finally been brought down by one of his sworn enemies.

Victor Newman Plays Hero To Save His Family

The Young And The Restless Spoilers indicate that Ian was dead set on killing Victor’s entire family and making him watch. Victor was not about to have his wife and children killed in front of his eyes.

Victor security team was out of commission so he had to act on his own. Victor may have gotten himself shot but he managed to shoot Ian as well.

Victor has found himself on and ambulance in route to the hospital as Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) tells him how much he scared her and the rest of the family. Victor may have proven that he would die for Nikki was she certainly doesn’t want to see him take a chance like that again no matter who he’s protecting.

Y&R Spoilers: Victor Newman Has No Plans To Check Out Just Yet

Y&R fans will be happy to know that neither Eric nor Victor have any plans of exiting Genoa City or the show any time soon. Eric has said several times over the last few years that he has no plans to leave the show. Eric has even worked while battling cancer, which has recently announced he had beaten.

Victor may be down but don’t count him out just yet. Eric loves his job and plans to keep it for as long as fans want him there.

After celebrating 44 years on the soap last year, it seems clear that fans like Eric and his mustache a bit too much to let him go just yet. However, Victor is set to have some issues with his family especially over Jordan Howard’s (Colleen Zenk) death.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers: Eric Braeden Celebrates A Milestone

Victor may be upset with Nikki, Victoria Newman (Amelia Henle), and Claire Newman (Haley Erin), however the family will also deal with the fall out of Ian’s attack throughout February sweeps.

In the meantime, Eric has been through a lot lately considering he lost his home during the California Wild Fires.

On another note, Eric will celebrate 45 years as Victor this year and of course, the show should do something special to celebrate this. It will certainly be interesting to see how the show chooses to top their tribute on Eric’s 40th anniversary.

Since Y&R keeps this under wraps fans are certainly excited to see what they have come up with.
