Brice Bolden Should Give Up Fishing For Liz?

7 Little Johnstons stars Brice Bolden and Elizabeth “Liz” Johnston welcomed their baby, Leighton Drew over a year ago. Now that Season 15 airs on TLC, with some awkward scenes of Brice and Liz, some fans want him to stop fishing. If you don’t know, he loves angling.

7 Little Johnstons never revealed where Liz Johnston’s baby daddy works. And, his social media profile only talks about hunting, fishing, and his baby girl. What TLC fans do know, is that he loves the outdoors and he likes nature. One day, he’d like to take his daughter out to enjoy it as well. 

As 7 Little Johnstons fans don’t know what Brice Bolden does for a living, TV Shows Ace speculated that he might work in the hunting or fishing industry. And, that might be backed up because he also collects taxidermy. If he works with hunters or preserves trophies, then giving up fishing might be a big ask by TLC fans. 

Brice Bolden Must Stop Fishing?

This week, a 7 Little Johnstons fan went onto Reddit and expressed their opinion that Liz Johnston’s boyfriend should give up fishing. They felt upset after watching a recent TLC episode where they went on a date.

Explaining why Brice Bolden needs to stop, the OP said, in part:

Brice needs to drop the fishing now…he even suggested fishing for her baby moon, he had her living out in the middle of nowhere with a broken down vehicle because it fit his hunting/fishing hobby person..Also, he seems to be thinking a date night every weekend and his old hobbies are going to be included in everyday life.

TLC Fans React In Brice’s Favor?

Brice Bolden didn’t get a lot of backlash, but Liz Johnston did. 7 Little Johnstons fans seem sympathetic to the baby daddy rather than the baby’s mama. Here are their opinions:

• In his defense Liz made his personality hers. She started saying she like drinking, fishing etc to impress him by being who she thought he wanted her to be. Now that she’s got the baby and doesn’t wanna pretend anymore there [is] nothing in common because there never was. she was always tryna be exactly like him to impress him.
• Liz was reeaallyy into fishing and hunting at first and completely mirrored his personality to hook him, and now she picks at him for every little thing related to those things. She’s over it because she genuinely didn’t love it, but she doesn’t realize or accept he’s one of those people where it’s a literal lifestyle and a way of providing, it’s not a hobby.
• It’s Georgia. That’s normal. Honestly I prefer when my husband goes fishing so I can actually deep clean.
