Proud Daddy Brice Bolden Shouts Out Leighton Drew

7 Little Johnstons stars Brice Bolden and Elizabeth “Liz” Johnston welcomed their baby girl, Leighton Drew 10 months ago. Now that she achieved a milestone, TLC fans saw her proud daddy shout out his daughter. Read on to find out more and see the cute photo. 

Brice Bolden Steps Up As A Dad

Liz Johnston and her boyfriend were solid for a long time. However, they ran into problems after she left home, and they split. So, TLC fans couldn’t figure out how she fell pregnant. Anyway, the mystery was solved in the last season of 7 Little Johnstons. Liz and Brice got together to talk about their split, and one thing led to another. 

Brice Bolden was not planning to make a baby with Liz Johnston, but he has stepped up as a dad. So did patriarch Trent who used to look after Leighton on Thursdays. Of course, critics felt that the baby would never belong to Liz, as Amber was sure to want to raise the child like her own daughter instead of just being a grandma. 

7 Little Johnstons Star Shares Photo

About ten days ago, Amber Johnston told her followers that Leighton Drew was starting school. Obviously, she wasn’t going to big girl school, and fans guessed she attended daycare. So, some TLC critics slammed her for making a clickbait caption. 

Brice Bolden took to his Instagram this week and shared a photo of himself holding Leighton. His baby looked pretty in an orange headband with a big bow, and he smiled at her. In his caption, he said:

So proud of my little girl for accomplishing her first week at day care #dadsgirl

As usual, the post was limited to only authorized comments. All the 7 Little Johnstons stars started doing that for posts about Leighton Drew. In fact, some TLC fans are spitting about that because the family doesn’t seem to mind posting pictures and no doubt, the baby will bring more content in the next season of the show. Anyway, limiting comments makes no difference over on Reddit where daycare for Leighton was extensively discussed in multiple posts. 

The cute kid was always likely to end up being in daycare because Amber got a qualification in social welfare. Meanwhile, Liz is a nurse, and Emma and Alex are off to college. Trent and Jonah work, and so does Brice Bolden.
