Days of Our Lives spoilers for the week of December 9 reveal that Jennifer Horton Deveraux (Melissa Reeves) tells Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) about the necklace theft.

Julie might wonder if Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo) was right, especially since Steven Olson (Stephen Schnetzer) had to suddenly jump out the window again! Meanwhile, Hope Brady (Kristian Alfonso) will try to find out the truth about Doug Williams III (Peyton Meyer). 

Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) crosses paths with Kerry (Derek Yates). Last summer, Leo and Derek nearly got together.

So, is Kerry the one who exposed the Body & Soul spoilers? In any case, Leo and Kerry will share scenes with Javi Hernandez (Al Calderon).

Brady and Ava start a romance, which ignites a slapfest with Kristen! It also prompts fears from Belle. Meanwhile, Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer) accepts Jada Hunter’s (Elia Cantu) job offer. Philip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier) tries to hide his guilt from Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein). 

In Vancouver, Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) consoles Cat Greene (AnnaLynne McCord). However, Catharina Meleounis Greene (Susan Elena Matus) is alive as she appears soon enough. Clyde Weston (James Read) takes Gabi by gunpoint, which causes JJ to jump into hero mode. Meanwhile, Chad also has a gun.

Then, a preview clip shows Cat suddenly turning around, screaming no, then a gunshot is heard.

During the week of December 16, JJ and Gabi might have some decisions to make. JJ and Gabi went through a dangerous mission, and might have some trauma depending on who gets shot.

There is also the romantic factor… will they try again and could they actually work out this time?

There also seems to be some feelings brewing between Cat and Chad. Even though Chad wants to hate Cat, his heart might be telling him something else.
