General Hospital Spoilers: An Iconic Role
Alexa Havins is stepping into a significant role on General Hospital as Lulu, the beloved daughter of Luke Spencer (Anthony Geary) and Laura Collins (Genie Francis).
After being in a coma since 2020 due to an explosion, Lulu has finally awakened following a critical liver transplant. Tragically, her donor, Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco), passed away from a heart attack shortly after the procedure.
Now the mother to Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) and Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez), Lulu has regained consciousness just in time to hear Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) assert he is her uncle.
Before the explosion and Lulu’s long slumber, the connections between Cyrus, Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight), and Laura, had not been revealed.
They are the sons of Gordon Grey (Eric Server) the college professor Lesley Williams Webber (Denise Alexander) had an affair with, producing Laura.

Known for her portrayal of Babe Carey Chandler on All My Children from 2003 to 2007 and in 2011, Havins is the third actress to embody the adult version of Lulu.
The character was originally brought to life by Julie Marie Berman from 2005 to 2013, followed by Emme Rylan, who took on the role from 2013 until 2020.
Since her departure from daytime television, Havins has enjoyed a successful career with guest appearances on various primetime shows, such as Castle, CSI: New York, and Grey’s Anatomy. Additionally, she has featured in several films, including Brooklyn Rules and 27 Dresses; she took a break from acting until now to be a mom.

Alexa fell in love with dance early on; she started performing with a jazz group at the age of five and danced professionally for several years. 3. Acting coach Jean Fowler saw her talent and encouraged her to pursue acting, which led her to New York City, attending Circle in the Square Theatre School.
She later moved to Los Angeles to study with acting coach Brian Reise. 4. In 2005, she was nominated for a Daytime Emmy for Outstanding Younger Actress in a Drama Series for her role as Babe on AMC.
