General Hospital Spoilers: Sam Gave Her Permission for Dante To Reunite With Lulu?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that the death of Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) will drive stories for months in Port Charles, New York.

Poor Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) lost the woman he wanted to marry because she saved the life of the woman he used to be married to.

If that isn’t a mind cluck, we don’t know what it is. Did Sam give Dante permission to move on with Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins) on her death bed?

General Hospital spoilers: Dante is in the Throes of Agony

Sam was presented with a ring in her hospital bed right before she died without any warning. She told Dante that it’s ok if he still loves Lulu. Who does that? Dante didn’t go there, instead telling Sam how in love with her he is. No one could have known that was the last conversation they would have.

Soaps don’t waste dialogue and many fans think that Sam telling Dante that he can still love Lulu is significant to his future.

GH spoilers: Will Dante Be Able to Move On?

In the present time however, Dante will be a mess and rightfully so. Just as he loses Sam he will have to contend with Lulu’s condition which is precarious.

There are also kids to take care of, a mobster dad who can’t stay out of trouble, and his PCPD job. We don’t envy Dante right now.

He is in a terrible situation but perhaps Sam left him with a magical, wonderful goodbye that in time he will cherish? Much of the GH fan base is livid right now over the departure of Kelly Monaco. It makes sense to find a silver lining in this abrupt plot, right?

Lulu is going to wake up and she is going to have a story in PC. A new actress was hired to take over from the last portrayer, Emme Rylan, and we anticipate plenty of airtime for this character.

Lulu is a legacy character and has many connections to get caught up with including her kids, her mom Laura Collins (Genie Francis), her brother Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson), and Dante.
