General Hospital Spoilers: Ava Or Kristina? Who Will The Jury Believe?

General Hospital spoilers tease that Ava Jerome (Maura West) will soon go on trial for the attempted murder of Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) as well as the death of Kristina’s baby.

As viewers know, several weeks ago, Kristina confronted Ava in Ava’s hotel room because Ava had called Kristina to testify in her custody case against Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Bernard) in order to determine Avery Corinthos’ (Ava & Grace Scarola) future living arrangements.

General Hospital Spoilers – Ava Jerome could face jail time!

Kristina, who was only a few weeks away from giving birth, was angry at Ava. Threats and nasty remarks were made by both parties, and when Ava put her hand on Kristina’s shoulder, Kristina recoiled and tripped.

She then fell through a window at the Metro Court, falling several stories into the Metro Court pool below. Kristina of course survived, but her baby did not. While Ava says the incident was an accident, Kristina believes otherwise.

GH Spoilers – Ric Lansing took Ava Jerome’s case

Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) eventually agreed to take Ava’s case, even though he used to be Kristina’s stepfather. In addition, Kristina was actually carrying the baby as a surrogate for Ric’s daughter and Kristina’s half-sister, Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristin Vaganos). But Ric believes Kristina’s fall was an accident and took the case in order to help Molly move on instead of seeking revenge.

But the whole case will likely rest of Kristina’s testimony and credibility. Ric had already started to paint Kristina’s as angry and aggressive she caught Ava and Ric having dinner in a fancy Port Charles restaurant.

General Hospital Spoilers – Kristina Corinthos-Davis just lost her sister

As expected, Kristina made a scene at the restaurant. Any number of people saw her and could testify as to her violent nature. Ric has the opportunity to paint a very bad picture of Kristina if she’s not at the top of her game when it comes time for her to testify.

Unfortunately, Kristina’s older sister, Sam Mccall (Kelly Monaco) just passed away, so Kristina is going to be far from a good or even accurate witness. It seems most likely that Ric will be able to win Ava’s case a jury will reach a not guilty verdict.

What do you think?

Who was at fault for Kristina’s fall? Should Ava be held responsible for what happened in the eyes of the law? Will Kristina even be able to testify so soon after Sam’s death?

Anything can happen in Port Charles so stay tuned to General Hospital airing weekdays on ABC. And don’t forget to check back right here regularly for all your General Hospital news, information and spoilers!
