The last words Daniel said to Heather Stevens (Vail Bloom) were about love. They weren’t fighting, as Sharon’s lies claim. But all the circumstantial soapy evidence makes Daniel look like a stone-cold killer.

Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) made many good points inside Sharon’s coffee house, an iconic setting in Genoa City, Wisconsin, where she forcefully told Chance her theory.
She believes that Sharon killed Heather and is framing Daniel for it. Chance’s skepticism about Sharon’s recent behavior is conflicted because of his friendship with her late husband, Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso).
Fans can wonder if Vilasuso will reprise his role in a spirited way, as Ashby is doing. Someone has to kill Cameron off again, so Sharon could project Rey to help her do that.
It would be a nice ode to Vilasuso, who was written out of the show in an utterly questionable move.

Phyllis is fed up with Nick Newman’s (Joshua Morrow) pandering. She can’t stand that he and others in GC give Sharon the benefit of the doubt because of her mental health issues.
Devoted fans know just how much Phyllis and Sharon loath each other. So, it’s easy to assume that Sharon may go after Phyllis as soon as she learns that she’s aiming for her.
Protecting Daniel from Sharon is a powerful motivator for Phyllis, who was just unceremoniously kicked out of Chancellor by Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson). So, Phyllis is targeting Sharon with all her vengeful might.
The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Sharon Newman Will Survive
There is no way that Case will be written off to jail for the murder of Heather unless it’s a short-term scenario. Sharon did not intentionally kill Heather. Bloom’s character fell backward and hit her head on broken glass which, admittedly, happened because of Sharon’s hit and push.
The likelihood of a third person being in the room with both ladies is one way Sharon can be cleared. Another is if much or all of her memories are invented.
Phyllis’ force may result in Sharon facing legal scrutiny. However, daytime odds imply Sharon survives and will not go to jail for the rest of her life, assuming that Case is not leaving the cast. No information exists that proves that will happen.
Hopefully, Case, arguably one of the great actors of her generation in this genre, will remain part of the cast indefinitely.
