The Young and the Restless spoilers document that Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) is in a daze. So is Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope).

Billy broke up with Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) because of what happened with Adam Newman (Mark Grossman). Sally broke up with Grossman’s character because he repeated the pattern, which she was too familiar with.

Because this is soap, it’s fair to wonder if Billy and Sally might become the next couple in Genoa City, Wisconsin. If so, how will Chelsea and Adam react and potentially respond?

Billy is out of sorts. He hasn’t been able to keep his head above water at what he renamed Abbott Chancellor.

Firing Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) turned one of his supporters into an enemy. She subsequently sought out Victor Newman (Eric Braeden), who is using her for information to help take Billy down.

His nephew, Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd), couldn’t take it. He quit the company his name is on because Billy was not open to him being a co-Chief Executive Officer.

So, Billy is running the company alone with Esther Valentine (Kate Linder), the only known remaining employee who is seen.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Sally Spectra Had Enough

Adam is someone that Sally loves. But she can not tolerate his ongoing flake-outs.

As Sally told Adam, he is who he is, and she accepts that. However, Hope’s character decides she can no longer be in a relationship with him.

The loss of their expected daughter, Ava, devastated both people. They were also split for approximately a year.

The reconciliation gave fans of this couple something to cheer for, but it proved short-lived. Sally can not allow herself to be pushed around anymore and appears to have cut Adam off.

Chelsea and Billy are no longer a couple. Like Adam and Sally, their time appears to be over.

Adam and Chelsea are forever bonded by Connor Newman (Judah Mackey). That tie alone creates the potential for a renewed bond.

Both characters love each other, with Adam often being the one to apologize for whatever his transgressions. Chelsea knows Adam as well as anyone and wants to move past him, but the pull may be too strong.

Adam may see Chelsea as a reliable shoulder to lean on. Chadam could return, and Billy and Sally could surprisingly emerge as an unexpected pairing.

It would not be a shocker to see Chelsea accept Adam again because of what they just endured with Connor. Pairing Sally and Billy would be more challenging. But this is Genoa City, Wisconsin.
